Barrel Pumps

DOPAG barrel pumps are designed to feed single component materials such as greases, adhesives, sealing compounds, polyurethane and silicone directly from 55 gallon size (200 litres) open topped barrels that have viscosity levels up to 5.0 million mPa s, directly and cleanly from original containers.

DOPAG barrel pumps are mounted onto a twin post ram arrangement, and can be pneumatically or hydraulically driven. Flow rates of up to three litres per minute can be accommodated by pneumatic barrel pumps, whilst up to six litres per minute can be achieved by using the hydraulic version.

DOPAG barrel pumps have proved themselves particularly useful as central material supply systems as well as being able to supply single stations.
