Grease Metering

Whether it’s lubricating vehicle steering racks, head restraint adjusters, door locks or just plain wheel bearings, DOPAG has the grease metering equipment to accurately dose the grease in exactly the right quantities and deposit it in exactly the right places.

Greases can be supplied in any number of container sizes from 1 litre to 1000 litres, and in all cases DOPAG has the perfect system for pumping the grease directly from the original container to the grease metering application point.

Grease metering can be achieved either by the use of volumetric shot metering valves or by electronically controlled gear type flowmeters. All DOPAG metering valves are pneumatically actuated and cover metered shot volumes of between 0.001ml and 100ml, whilst electronically controlled systems have no restriction on the maximum shot size.

In all cases, shot verification is possible, making the systems ideal for use in automation cells.
