Sealant dispensing

Sealant dispensing systems are used for delivering either single or plural component sealants from their original containers to an application point where the sealant can be applied to the workpiece in either metered shots or more commonly, in continuous beads.

Sealants with a wide range of viscosities can be processed in this way by DOPAG sealant dispensing systems, from medium to high level.

DOPAG sealant dispensing systems are in widespread use in a broad variety of industries such as construction, glazing, automotive, aerospace, electronics and domestic appliance manufacturing. Typical sealant dispensing applications include double glazing, shower cubicle manufacturing, vehicle seam sealing and cooker hob sealing.

Sealant dispensing systems for applying single component adhesives can be fed by ram mounted drum pumps for medium to heavy viscosity adhesives. Application can be manual or automatic.

Plural component sealants, such as polyurethanes and silicones can be processed by DOPAG piston or gear type metering and mixing sealant dispensing systems.
