Silicone dispensing

DOPAG silicone dispensing equipment is able to process either single or plural component silicones directly from their original containers to application points where the product can be applied to the workpiece in either metered shots or continuous beads.

DOPAG silicone dispensing equipment is in widespread use in a broad variety of industries, including construction, glazing, furniture manufacture, automotive, automotive component, aerospace, shipbuilding and electronics manufacturing.

When applying single component silicones, they can be fed by ram mounted drum pumps and application can be manual or automatic.

Plural component silicones, can be processed by DOPAG piston or gear type metering and mixing dispensing equipment, such as eldomix, economix and variomix systems.
