Transfer pumps

DOPAG transfer pumps are available either as bung mounted or wall mounted versions. Designed for transferring light viscosity, single component flowable liquids from original containers that have a maximum viscosity of up to 50,000 m Pas, DOPAG transfer pumps are double acting, positive displacement pumps, driven by reciprocating air motors.

Bung mounted transfer pumps are designed to fit neatly into the bung hole opening of standard size drums and are offered in sizes to suit standard 20 litre, 60 litre and 200 litre size drums and will transfer media at up to 2.25 litres per minute.

Wall mounted transfer pumps are more suited to permanent installations and utilise either a flexible suction hose or rigid pipework to draw the material into the transfer pumps.

Used extensively for feeding single component filling and metering systems as well as for feeding the separate components of a plural component systems to DOPAG metering and mixing systems, DOPAG transfer pumps are to be found in almost every industry that has a need to transfer light viscosity liquids from their original containers.
